Our reservations team is the first point of contact for prospective guests. They advise them by email or telephone on our services, draw up personalised quotes and resolve any queries or issues before their arrival. Once on site, our reception team is on hand to assist guests, check them in and act as the point of contact for all matters relating to their stay. As the central point of contact for our guests, our colleagues must be fully informed about all the services offered by the various departments and be able to provide information on them.

Across more than 2,000 square metres, our guests can enjoy pure relaxation – whether in the sauna areas, the large indoor pool or the Fips Spa. Our staff are on hand to cater to all your needs, and carry out regular checks and infusions. In the fitness area, our staff provide guidance on how to use the equipment, so that our guests can stay fit even whilst on holiday.

In our activity teams, everything revolves around the experiences our guests can enjoy whilst they’re here with us. The various teams are responsible for childcare, family programmes, the spa area and the pony farm. And one thing is certain: there’s definitely no chance of getting bored here, as the activity programmes change daily and are tailored to individual needs by our staff.

Cleanliness and hygiene are our top priority – both in our apartments and in all public areas and sanitary facilities. We can only live up to our standards as a 4-star establishment through regular and thorough cleaning. Our housekeeping team carries out this important task every day, ensuring we receive top ratings from our guests when it comes to cleanliness.

Behind the scenes, our colleagues are responsible for showcasing all the Elldus Resort brands in such a way that more and more people take notice of us. To this end, they keep an eye on the latest trends, develop distinctive content and inspire more and more people every day with our wide range of services.

As we now have over 170 talented people in our team, it is all the more important for us to be there for their needs and to support their individual development. Our colleagues in HR are responsible for this. They also ensure that new team members are recruited for our ever-growing company. In administration and accounts, our colleagues handle day-to-day bookkeeping and all financial matters behind the scenes.

With us, you can undertake an apprenticeship or a degree course – as well as a Voluntary Ecological Year. You can submit your application for these directly here on the website. We have 18 departments, which you’ll get to know during your personalised training programme with us – spending more time in some and less in others. This gives you an overview of all the key areas and allows you to learn many things that you wouldn’t be offered elsewhere.
