Job details

Marketing communications specialists focus on the company’s target audiences, market analysis and the development of offers, as well as advertising and communications strategies. In the hospitality industry, your responsibilities will also include creating and promoting the hotel’s own offers and packages. You will be responsible for marketing the hotel and ensuring its presence and up-to-date content across social media channels.

Duration: 3 years (can be shortened to 2.5)

Your day-to-day life with us

Your responsibilities and areas of work

You will develop concepts, manage a wide variety of channels and be responsible for creating copy
Service: Here you’ll learn about the day-to-day running of our restaurants. Interacting with guests will help you to better understand their wishes and needs whilst on holiday (in terms of dining).
Experience teams: In the experience teams, you’ll get to know the target audience at Elldus Resort very well, and you’ll be able to apply that knowledge directly in your other areas of work and, ultimately, in marketing
Reception: Here you’ll learn how to communicate directly with guests and promote our various services. You’ll also draw up personalised offers tailored specifically to guests’ needs. In doing so, you’ll learn about guests’ wishes
