Preparing food for our family restaurant (buffet restaurant)
Mise en Place – the perfect way to prepare for the day’s work
Tidying up the kitchen area after the shift
proper storage of the goods delivered
Open-kitchen cooking
Helping to create new offers and menus
Compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards

What you’ll need

Your profile

You have completed a vocational training programme as a chef
substantial professional experience in a comparable role within the upmarket hotel or catering sector
You have the necessary specialist knowledge and practical skills
You’re passionate about modern and innovative cuisine, and you’re creative and open-minded
an independent, reliable and quality-focused approach to work
You are resilient, motivated and a team player
