On this degree programme, you can focus entirely on your strengths in the field of event planning and organisation. As a dual-track student specialising in event management, creativity and communication play a major role alongside your work in the hospitality industry, as you act as the link between all departments during an event.

You’ll be able to get involved in our projects right from the start and, as part of the team, create unforgettable moments for our guests.

Your day-to-day life with us

Your responsibilities and areas of work

Reception: Here you’ll learn about the processes involved in the hotel industry, get a behind-the-scenes look at how things work, and find out everything you need to bear in mind when dealing with guests.
Catering: You’ll learn how to plan catering so that food and drink are provided at your event.
Marketing: We’ll show you how we create personalised offers for our guests, how to communicate effectively with your target audience, and how to develop campaigns for the events you organise.
Experience Teams: Here you’ll gain an insight into working with families and children – our main target group. You’ll learn to understand this target group better, which is of the utmost importance when planning and organising events.
Accounting: Here you can put the theoretical knowledge you’ve learnt into practice – and gain an understanding of the principles behind financial reporting and taxation.
Human Resources: Staff planning is also part of organising an event. In HR, you’ll learn the basics of human resources management and what you need to bear in mind when planning.
